Description & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage project budgets to ensure cost efficiency.
• Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors.
• Liaise and serve as the primary contact between clients, consultants and other stakeholders.
• Provide regular project updates, monthly progress reports and presentations.
• Ensure all construction activities meet industry standards, building codes, and client specifications.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and protocols on-site.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Project / Construction Management or other related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction industry
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
