Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. 4-6 years' experience in project management, digital transformation, process improvement, financeoperations or system integration.Strong project governance skills - planning, risk control, stakeholder alignment, and value tracking.Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver technology-driven projects.Solid understanding of workflow automation tools. Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into structured delivery roadmaps with measurable outcomes.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - can bridge business needs with technical execution.PMP / Agile certification preferred. Familiarity or Knowledge of AI or GenAI is a plus. Experience ingaming or creative industry a plus.

Qualification:Oversee end-to-end delivery of Agentic AI and workflow automation initiatives - from business case definition to post-deployment evaluation. Collaborate closely with the AI Business Analyst and AI Engineer to translate business goals into actionable project plans, timelines, and success metrics.Develop detailed project scope, timelines, milestones, resource allocation plans, andrisk registers. Maintain alignment with the Digital Transformation roadmap and ensure transparency across stakeholders. Serve as the bridge between technical teams (AI Engineers, BI Developers) and functionalleads (Sales, HR, Finance, IT). Communicate project status, risks, and ROImetrics to executive stakeholders.Oversee budget, resource allocation, and milestone tracking to ensure timely andquality delivery.Partner with business teams to drive adoption of new automation tools, conduct usertraining, collect feedback, and iterate on system improvements.Identify improvement and scaling opportunities for reusable automation frameworks.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across teams.
