Roles & Responsibilities:

- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.

- Implement and enforce established safety requirements for the Contractor and monitor complianceto ensure smooth operations.

- Ensure all site operations are conducted in accordance with safety standards and thatthese standards are maintained throughout the construction period.

- Conduct daily toolbox meetings and brief the Risk Assessment (RA) for daily workactivities.

- Carry out daily site inspections and report issues that require management action.

- Take action to rectify unsafe conditions or acts and address unsafe behaviour on thespot.

- Conduct safety training for all high-risk work to prevent accident and raise awareness.

- Perform weekly checks on temporary electrical facilities, tools, and its usage, andmonitor to ensure its compliance. Maintain surveillance of the job-siteconditions and safety practices and recommend improvements.

- Attend Weekly and Monthly Safety and Coordination Committee meetings.

Certificates Preferable:

- ACWSH (Advance Certificate in WSH or Level B) Singapore

- WSHCM (WSH Control Measure or bizSAFE L2 (Risk Management)) Singapore

- WSHM (WSHManagement in Construction Industries or BCSS) Singapore

- MWAH (Manage Work at Height) Singapore

- OFAC (Occupational First Aid Course) Singapore

Skill Preferable:

- Minimum 3 years of related working experience in the construction industry.

- Strong technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office
