- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Singapore market.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Manage and grow relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, and customer service) to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information using CRM systems.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
- Prior sales experience in construction related industry in B2B or B2C for at least 3 years within Singapore.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive sales environment.
- Strong understanding of the 'Industrial' landscape and market dynamics.
- Strong understanding of the construction industry, willing to be constantly on construction sites for site survey or site meeting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Team player, passionate and self-motivated and a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Possessing a valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
