Teaching& Curriculum

• Conduct engaging English lessons for students aged 4-12, developingtheir reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.

• Teach according to centre curriculum, aligned with Singapore's MOEEnglish syllabus and literacy standards.

• Incorporate phonics, grammar, comprehension, creative writing, andoral communication components into lessons.

• Guide students in pronunciation, expression, and presentation tobuild confidence in communication.

• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments to track learning progress.

• Provide constructive feedback and progress updates to parentsregularly.

• Participate in curriculum enhancement and creative learninginitiatives that integrate language with expression and storytelling.

Student & Parent Engagement

• Conduct trial classes and placement assessments for new students.

• Build strong rapport with parents through open communication,progress reporting, and consultations.

• Support centre events such as performances, workshops, and openhouses.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with other teachers and the centre management tomaintain consistency and quality in teaching delivery.

• Contribute to teacher training sessions, curriculum discussions, andcentre improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a relatedfield.

• At least 1-2 years of teaching experience in enrichment, tuition, orMOE school settings preferred.

• Excellent command of spoken and written English with clear, standardpronunciation.

• Passionate about working with children and helping them grow inconfidence and communication.

• Creative, patient, and energetic in classroom engagement.

• Bilingual ability (English and Chinese) is an advantage but notrequired.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

• Required to work on weekends; weekday off-days provided.
