Job Title: Personal Assistant - Bank Agency
Location: (Near Chinatown MRT)
Employment Type: Full-time (On-site), Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to support the daily operations of our bank agency and assist the Sales Agency Manager with administrative and coordination tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive financial and customer information.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Agency Manager.
• Manage schedules, clients' appointments, administrative updates
• Assist with customer inquiries and coordinate follow-ups when needed.
• Maintain organized records, files, and documentation for the agency.
• Monitor deadlines, reminders, and key operational activities.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
• 'N' Level & above
• Previous experience in administrative or assistant roles; experience in banking is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital tools.
• Can communicate and service customers in a friendly & professional manner
