Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage B2B and B2C customers for electric flame stoves and related kitchen appliances, achieving assigned sales targets.
  • Handle the full sales cycle, including customer prospecting, product discussions, quotations, contract signing, order processing, and payment follow-up.
  • Understand customer needs (e.g., cooking habits, kitchen size, power supply requirements, preferences) to recommend suitable induction hobs, electric flame stoves, or other appliances.
  • Explain product features clearly, including safety, energy efficiency, installation requirements, warranty terms, and after-sales services.
  • Demonstrate product usage and benefits (where applicable) and compare models to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Upsell and cross-sell related products such as cooker hoods, cookware, installation services, warranty extensions, and accessories.
  • Manage point-of-sale transactions, including processing orders, preparing necessary documentation, and coordinating deliveries or installations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by following up on enquiries and liaising with installation or after-sales teams when required.
  • Collect market and competitor information, provide feedback to the company, and recommend improvements to sales strategies.
  • Participate in promotions, roadshows, and sales campaigns as required.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or company management.

Requirements / Qualifications
  • Minimum secondary school / "O" / "N" Levels; diploma or higher education in Marketing or related fields is an advantage.
  • At least 2 years of B2B business development experience; experience in kitchen appliance sales or channel development is preferred.
  • Familiar with B2B sales logic and C2C retail customer acquisition approaches; able to independently develop new markets.
  • Strong customer service mindset, excellent communication and negotiation skills, resilience under pressure, and strong sense of goal achievement.
  • Sales-driven, customer-oriented, friendly, patient, and able to explain technical details in simple terms.
  • Basic knowledge or interest in kitchen/home appliances is a plus.
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
  • Adheres to company sales processes and compliance requirements.
  • A team player who is willing to learn and adapt to different product lines
