About the role

MOS Foods Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. This is a full-time role where you will play a crucial part in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our vibrant restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient team management.

What you'll be doing:

• Overall responsible for the smooth operations of the restaurant and efficiently achieve sales target and enforce on HDC standards
• Solicit customer feedback to understand the needs and wants of customers
• Consistently monitor product and labor costs to remain within budget
• Achieving sales targets and ensuring profitability of the outlet
• Conduct stock count and receiving for food & beverage, packaging and all other stocks
• Provide training and coaching to staff and assess performance
• Involved in the various station works and the maintenance of the restaurant

What we're looking for:

• Minimum GCE N/O Level/ITE/Shatec/Diploma holders
• Preferably 2 years experience in F&B; Entry level/No experience are welcome to apply
• Able to perform shift work and work on weekends
