Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial user screening to ensure eligibility and proper onboarding.
• Provide timely and effective support in addressing customer inquiries and issues.
• Collaborate with backend technical specialists to diagnose and resolve technical problems.

Requirements:

• Able to speak in both English and Chinese to liaise with clients and technical specialist.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage.

Salary Range
SGD $3,800- 4,000
