Project Management

• Plan and organize the overall site setup and resources.
• Prepare the master work programme for the whole project.
• Set project targets to match company goals.
• Supervise the project team and subcontractors to meet contract deadlines.
• Ensure project quality, client satisfaction, and compliance with authorities.
• Approve short-term work schedules from the team.
• Coordinate with the Architect and Consultants on construction matters.
• Prepare and submit progress claims, monthly reports, variation orders, and EOT claims.
• Solve all site-related issues.

Project Budget Control

• Plan and monitor project costs to stay within the approved budget.
• Prepare the project's financial S-curve and cash flow plan.
• Control usage of materials, equipment, and utilities.
• Manage labour costs, including manpower allocation and overtime.

Technical Understanding

• Understand drawings, specifications, and contract scope of work.
