About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Account Manager to oversee and grow our engagement with Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners. This role blends relationship management, hands-on recruitment delivery, and team leadership. You will act as the key liaison for our MSP portfolio, drive exceptional service outcomes, and ensure consistent fulfilment across contingent and permanent hiring needs.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for MSP partners, ensuring timely communication and alignment on all hiring needs.

• Build, nurture, and expand relationships across client and MSP stakeholder groups.

• Participate in QBRs, performance reviews, and operational meetings to strengthen collaboration and service delivery.

• Understand MSP program structures, SLAs, and compliance requirements, ensuring all processes meet program expectations.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, stakeholder updates, and offer management.

• Partner closely with hiring managers and MSP teams to provide market insights, talent strategies, and pipeline updates.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters to ensure consistent performance and high-quality delivery.

• Set performance expectations, monitor KPIs, and support continuous capability development.

• Foster a collaborative, high-performance, and customer-focused team culture.

About You

• Atleast 7 years in recruitment, with at proven experience in managing MSP or RPO relationships.

• Strong understanding of VMS tools, MSP processes, procurement models, and compliance frameworks.

• Proven experience managing recruitment teams and meeting delivery SLAs.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

• Hands-on recruiter with strong sourcing and assessment capabilities.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
