Job Responsibilities:
• Quotation & Proposal Preparation: Develop accurate product quotations and proposal illustrations for client presentations.
• Documentation Management: Draft, organize, and prepare closing documents for client signatures.
• Submission Coordination: Ensure timely and accurate submission of signed documents and applications to relevant departments or providers.
• Post-Sale Case Management: Monitor and follow up on cases, including failed premium deductions, pending requirements, and outstanding client documents.
• Client Servicing Support: Maintain up-to-date client records, assist with policy servicing requests, and liaise with insurers or partners as needed.
• Administrative Efficiency: Manage filing systems, handle correspondence, and ensure documentation compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Team Support: Provide administrative assistance for client meetings, scheduling, and report preparation.
• General Administrative Duties: Perform general secretarial tasks and other administrative procedures as required by the employer.
• Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
• Minimum Diploma in a related discipline
• Minimum 1 years of administrative experience
• Able to start immediately or within short notice
