Job Title: Shipping Assistant (ID4754)
Location : Tuas
Working Hour: 5 days 8.15am-5.30pm (Mon - Fri)
Salary : $2800-$3000

Shipping Assistant
Job scope:
• monitor and update shipment status daily to ensure both internal teams and external stakeholders receive timely updates
• coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouse personnel to prevent delays and resolve logistics issues
• handle shipping documents including Letter of Credit (LC), Bill of Lading Drafts (BL), Insurance Proposals, Declaration of Carrier, Verified Gross Mass (VGM) Form, Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Quality, GST Form (Goods Return from customer), Verification of Permit etc

Requirements :
• Diploma in any field
• 2 years Shipping Assistant, have experience in Declaration of Carrier
