Responsibilities
Requirements
- Assist the Director of Spa to oversee the operations of the St. Regis Remède Spa and ensure achievement of sales goals, business objectives and spa profitability.
- Perform key functions of staff management, spa operations, administration and training for services, customer service, sales and scheduling staff members.
- Able to assist to perform either Bastien nail treatment or Facial.
- Develop sound financial projections and manage cost control.
- Respond to all the guest's spa needs and requests in a gracious and professional manner.
- Have a complete understanding of the technical aspect of the spa.
- Complete knowledge of ingredients and products used in the spa and sold at the retail shop.
- Prepare reports and assessments.
- Train employees and perform treatments.
- Conduct weekly and monthly retail inventory.
Requirements
- Possess at least a Professional Certificate in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management in Beauty and Spa, ITEC/CIBTAC/CIDESCO/WSQ IN SPA SERVICE certificate which is recognized by Spa Police License Board
- Minimum 3 years relevant leadership experience in hospitality and retail, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
- Preferably have technical knowledge of all spa treatments and already trained in Bastien Gonzalez Nail method.
