- Degree in Counselling or equivalent

- Proficient in written and spoken English and Korean language

- Must be able to provide counselling and create reports for documentation purposes in the Korean language

- Provides counselling, emotional and social support to students who are facing challenges in their developments

- Identifies the areas of social or emotional concerns of students by observable behaviours or through counselling sessions

- Assists in planning and implementing guidance programs

- Conducts consultations to school personnel, teachers and parents to discuss on how they can best provide assistance to these students

- Experience in educating and/or counselling work involving children and youths in schools and educational organisations

- Job experience in employee of Korean Ministry of Education preferred

- Professional level of fluency in Korean in required
