Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and inspire the Concierge team to deliver world-class guest service.
• Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews to maintain productivity and morale.
• Planning of VIP arrivals, limousine movements, and daily lobby operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Manage limousine bookings, scheduling, and billing, while driving revenue efficiency.
• Monitor and uphold LQA and brand service standards, conducting audits and performance coaching.
• Handle and resolve guest inquiries or feedback with professionalism and care.
• Collaborate with Front Office and other departments to anticipate and fulfill guest needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, grooming, and hotel operational standards.
• Represent the property as an active member of Les Clefs d'Or Singapore.

Requirements:

• Member of Les Clefs d'Or.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a luxury hotel concierge role.
• Strong knowledge of Opera systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest engagement skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Hands-on leader with initiative, attention to detail, and a passion for service excellence.
