International Marketing Manager - US region

We're seeking a data-driven and entrepreneurial International Marketing Manager to lead the B2B marketing expansion and performance efforts for the US market from our Singapore office. You will be responsible for building brand awareness, driving high-quality B2B leads, and launching targeted campaigns that accelerate client acquisition and business growth in the US.
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong hands-on experience in B2B marketing, performance media, demand generation, and international market entry. Experience managing trade show participation and industry events will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
US Market Expansion & Brand Visibility
- Lead the go-to-market strategy and end-to-end execution for the US B2B market, collaborating closely with sales, product, and leadership teams.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize both digital and offline marketing channels to raise brand awareness and generate qualified B2B leads.
- Manage and coordinate trade shows, industry conferences, webinars, and networking events, including pre-event preparation, booth/asset development, and post-event lead follow-up.
- Oversee website management, LinkedIn page strategy, and industry publication placements to strengthen brand positioning in the US market.
Performance & Demand Generation Marketing
- Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel B2B paid performance campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, etc.).
- Execute full-funnel demand generation, including lead nurturing, retargeting, and pipeline-supporting campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing on messaging, targeting, creatives, landing pages, and offers to maximize conversion rates and ROI.
- Ensure strong campaign tracking, attribution accuracy, and cost-efficiency performance.
Content & Messaging Localization
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to localize messaging, landing pages, and marketing assets tailored to US audiences.
- Manage content output across web, LinkedIn, trade materials, and event collateral to ensure consistency with brand tone and business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, business development, and partnerships teams to align marketing activities with pipeline goals and US market entry strategy.
- Partner with analytics teams to ensure accurate reporting and a strong measurement framework for marketing and event performance.
Reporting, Insights & Publication Management
- Own all reporting across paid media, website analytics, LinkedIn performance, and trade show ROI.
- Provide actionable insights and clear strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with industry publications, associations, and event organizers for content placements and co-marketing opportunities.
