Sales Associate

• Working hours: 10:30am - 7:30pm
• Working day: 5 days/week, must be able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Salary: $2,500-$3,800 + commission
• Location: Orchard

Job Responsibilities

• Serve walk-in customers and handle phone enquiries professionally.
• Share product knowledge and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with daily store operations, including stock receiving and inventory checks.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Support the team in achieving store sales targets and customer satisfaction goal

Job Requirements

• Experience in luxury watches or the pawnshop industry is an advantage.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
