Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to conduct automatic circumferential welding build up worn or damaged areas on the aero engine components in according with the requirements & instructions of Rolls-Royce Engine Manuals

• Proper preparation prior to welding

• Setting up, operating, and conducting routine machine maintenance of High Precision 3-5 axes Dabber Welding System

• Performing inspections of welded area according to the Repair Scheme requirements

• Troubleshooting any issues that arise

• Understand and strict adherence to Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)

• Health & Safety practices (E.g. Personnel Protection Equipment, Fixture & Tooling storage)

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in operation of Dabber Welding System

• Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Aviation Engineering or related disciplines

• Able to interpret engineering drawings

• Good command of written English and engineering analytical skill

• Willing to take day and night roster shifts
