Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to carry out repair and modification on aero engine in accordance with the requirements & instructions of Rolls-Royce Engine Manuals

• Preparing CNC program and conducting first article inspections to ensure quality

• Executing programs to machine the aero engine components according to the engineering drawing

• Setting up, operating, and conducting routine machine maintenance of CNC EDM Machine

• Monitoring the machining process to ensure quality

• Performing quality inspections of finished products

• Troubleshooting any issues that arise

• Familiar in using different precision measuring instruments for dimensional inspection

• Understand and strict adherence to Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)

• Health & Safety practices (E.g. Personnel Protection Equipment, Fixture & Tooling storage & Electrodes storage )

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in programming and operation of CNC EDM Machine

• Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Aviation Engineering or related disciplines

• Able to interpret engineering drawings

• Able to compose CNC programs on Faunc, Siemens, Heidenhain or other systems for machining operation

• Good command of written English and engineering analytical skill

• Willing to take day and night roster shifts
