Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to conduct Shot/Glass Bead Peening tasks in accordance with National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program (NADCAP) requirements & Rolls-Royce instructions

• Ability to make-up and media control for Shot, Glass Bead Peening

• Executing programs to carry out shot/glass bead peening on the aero engine components according to the Repair Scheme requirements

• Setting up, operating, and conducting routine machine maintenance of Shot/Glass Bead Peening Machine

• Performing inspections of peened surfaces for uniform coverage according to the Repair Scheme requirements

• Troubleshooting any issues that arise

• Understand and strict adherence to Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)

• Health & Safety practices (E.g. Personnel Protection Equipment, Fixture & Tooling storage)

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in Shot/Glass Bead Peening machine

• Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Aviation Engineering or related disciplines

• Able to interpret engineering drawings

• Good command of written English and engineering analytical skill

• Willing to take day and night roster shifts
