Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head of Preschool to oversee daily school operations, support student enrolment efforts, and ensure a high-quality learning environment. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills, patience, and a passion for early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist management in student recruitment and enrolment activities
• Oversee day-to-day school operations and administrative matters
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
• Lead, supervise, and support teaching staff
• Ensure smooth communication between school, teachers, and parents
• Implement school policies, monitor teaching quality, and handle operational issues

Requirements

• Certificate / Diploma or above in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English, required to communicate effectively with parents, staff, and partners, and to manage school documents and operations in both languages
• Extensive working experience in preschool / childcare operations
• Patient, approachable, and strong in communication
• Strong execution capability, able to work under pressure
• Fast learner with good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Personality strengths: confident, composed, responsible, proactive, hardworking, and able to work independently
