Kitchen position available:

• Assist in daily food preparation duties and cooking
• Monitors inventories and expiration dates of raw goods, ensure adequacy of supplies at all times
• Ensures high quality food production, preparation, and presentation
• Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety and hygiene standards
• Assist in maintenance and cleaning of equipment, storage, and work areas, maintain cleanliness of work areas
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Outlet Chef or Manager
