Job Description
The Operations Executive will support the planning and execution of on-ground projects and events to ensure smooth and effective delivery according to client and organisational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the operations team in coordinating and executing on-ground projects, events, and operational activities.
• Work closely with team leaders and supervisors to ensure smooth deployment, efficient workflows, and timely completion of tasks.
• Attend necessary briefings and training sessions (e.g., product knowledge, standard operating procedures) prior to deployment.
• Provide on-site operational support during activations, including monitoring activities and assisting with manpower coordination.
• Prepare and submit basic post-deployment feedback or reports when required.
• Undertake any other operational duties as assigned by the Operations Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements:
• Possess a minimum of a Diploma or equivalent qualification; relevant experience in operations or events will be an advantage.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Able to adapt to changing operational needs and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physically able to support on-site operational activities when required (e.g., standing for extended periods).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or extended hours, based on project requirements.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel).

Working Hours & Schedule:
• 5-day work week (candidates should be prepared to work on weekends when operational needs require).
• Flexible working hours may be required depending on project schedules.
