Job Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Develop and track the overall delivery plan for mobile robot projects, making timely adjustments as needed.
- Lead on-site project delivery and provide AGV implementation and technical support to ensure project acceptance.
- Monitor and resolve on-site product and technical issues, guided by the technical team, to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide customers with training and support on product parameters, performance, and operation. Assist regional sales with pre-sales demonstrations, technical communication, and competitive benchmarking.
- Handle installation, testing, and troubleshooting during sales and after-sales processes. Conduct on-site business operations and after-sales training for customers. Support equipment factory acceptance to ensure shipment quality.
- Manage project documentation, compile relevant documents, and conduct regular project summaries and experience sharing. Identify and mitigate project risks, and coordinate internal and external resources to ensure efficient collaboration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Information Engineering, Automation, Communication, or related fields.
- Experience in industrial automation, automotive, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, hands-on, and adaptability skills. Proactive, with strong stress resistance, organizational, and communication skills.
- Good learning ability and team spirit.
- Willingness to travel overseas. Overseas work experience is a plus.
- Fluent in Mandarin is a must to handle Chinese speaking clients and counterparts. Proficient in English is a plus.
