Job Description / Responsibilities

Conduct daily English lessons for children aged 18 months to 6 years old, following the centre's curriculum framework.

Prepare age-appropriate teaching materials, learning activities and lesson plans.

Create a positive, caring and safe learning environment for young children.

Observe and document children's learning progress and behavior.

Communicate regularly with parents on children's development and well-being.

Assist in arranging centre events, celebrations and learning activities.

Ensure classroom cleanliness and safety in accordance with ECDA and centre guidelines.

Work closely with principal and fellow teachers to maintain high teaching standards.

Job Requirements

Must possess ECDA-certified L2 qualification (e.g., Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education - Teaching).

Preferably with prior experience in childcare or early childhood teaching.

Passionate about working with young children and able to manage class routines.

Responsible, patient, caring, and able to work well in a team.

Physically fit to meet the demands of early childhood teaching duties.

Able to start work immediately or within short notice is an advantage.
