Key Responsibilities:

Operational & Customer Service:

Update and maintain accurate shipment-related information in the system.

Respond promptly and effectively to all import/export shipment enquiries.

Work closely with ground operations teams to ensure all operational requirements are met.

Collaborate with overseas counterparts to streamline and improve work processes.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Perform strong data analysis to monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Prepare and provide comprehensive monthly reports to stakeholders.

Maintain a systematic follow-up on outstanding tasks and emails.

Financial & Administrative Support:

Apply financial knowledge to assist in monthly accrual reporting.

Verify and process payments in coordination with the Finance department.

Fulfill other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
