We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive solution-based sales for data center environments. Candidates with an interest in HVAC/HPAC solutions, energy efficiency, and sustainability are encouraged to apply, and data center experience is a plus but not required. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and delivering tailored solutions to clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the data center segment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners.
• Develop and present tailored HVAC/HPAC solutions for data center environments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
• Achieve sales targets while promoting energy-efficient and sustainable solutions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Professional certification or diploma in ACMV/ HVAC/ HPAC systems is highly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in the ACMV/ HVAC/ HPAC or data center sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within ASEAN countries.
