Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Building / Architectural/ Project Management or equivalent.
- Min 10 years relevant working experience in the construction industry (building facade).
- Strong leadership, organizational, planning and interpersonal skills.
- Good working attitude with a high level of professionalism, integrity, initiative and a team player.
- Knowledge and/or experience in contractual management is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and perform facade design for tender projects and awarded projects.
- Plan design resources for tender projects and awarded projects.
- Accountable for all facade deliverables, including calculations, drawings, technical reports and specifications.
- Ensure design compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines.
- Support business development of project offerings across Singapore and overseas.
- Engage with consultants, provide inputs and seek clarifications.
- Work with internal multidiscipline team to ensure coordinated outputs.
- Propose value engineering in design.
- Coordinate and organize authority submission with PE endorsement prior to site installation.
- Coordinate with the Technical Director and Project Manager to ensure that all engineering aspects are applied to site installation and erection. Lead technical team in resolving alternations to any design change due to "As-Built" conditions.
