1. Administrative Support
- Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks (filing, data entry, documentation, stationery management).
- Manage office supplies, pantry items and coordinate with vendors for replenishment.
- Assist in organizing meetings, arranging appointments, and preparing meeting materials.
- Maintain office cleanliness and ensure proper functioning of office equipment.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mails, parcels, and documents.
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, memos, and general correspondence.
2. Human Resource Support
- Assist in recruitment activities: job posting, arranging interviews, contacting candidates.
- Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes (orientation, preparing documents, exit clearance).
- Manage attendance records, leave applications, and support payroll data preparation.
- Assist in preparing HR letters (confirmation, warning letters, memos, etc.).
- Support HR initiatives such as staff welfare activities, training arrangements, and company events.
3. Compliance and Documentation
- Ensure HR and admin documentation complies with company policies.
- Assist in maintaining MOM-related records and supporting HR compliance requirements.
- Help to update HR policies or administrative SOPs when needed.
4. Other Tasks
- Coordinate with internal departments for administrative support.
- Support management with ad-hoc duties when required.
- Provide general assistance to HR and Admin teams.
Job Requirements
- Minimum O-Level / Nitec / Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields.
- Preferably 1 year of experience in admin or HR support roles (fresh graduates can also apply).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Organized, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Team player with positive working attitude.
