Job Responsibilities
Admin
- Handle car registration processes, including checking payment, documentation, and approval via LTA Link.
- Prepare and update registration folders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate number plate orders and IU commissioning with external vendors.
- Process refund cheques and maintain proper record documentation.
Accounts Payable
- Generate and post invoices, debit notes, credit notes, receipts, and payments.
- Verify supplier invoices and ensure correct pricing before processing.
- Prepare monthly journal entries and support month-end closing reports.
- Handle letter of credit applications and perform other ad-hoc accounting tasks.
Job Requirements
- Preferably minimum NITEC / Certificate in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
