Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Supervise and guide housekeeping staff to ensure cleaning standards are met.
- Conduct daily checks on rooms/areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality.
- Assign duties, prepare schedules, and manage staff attendance.
- Train new staff on cleaning methods, safety procedures, and equipment use.
- Handle inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment when needed.
- Respond to client/guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and workplace safety requirements.
- Support operational needs, including stepping in to clean when required.
Requirements:
- Prior housekeeping/cleaning experience; supervisory experience preferred.
- Able to work independently and lead a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on cleaning work.
