JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

-Manage and supervise staff of assigned properties.

-Be responsible for the day-to-day operations of all the sites.

-Plan, executive and supervise all the facilities' management and operational activities.

-Conduct meetings, project co-ordination in residential/Commercial strata development.

-Lead a team of technical officers or technicians in trobleshooting, preventive management and breakdown maintenance.

JOB REQUIREMENT

-Candidate with self drive possess Professional Certificate/Diploma or Degree in Estate Management or related disciplines.

-Previous experience in managing condominiums, industrial or commercial buildings.

-Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.

-Knowledge of Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) and Building Maintenance & Strata Management (BMSM) Act.
