Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day sales operations
• Engage and communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Manage the full sales process from quotation and order processing to delivery coordination and after-sales support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure long-term satisfaction.
• Work closely with internal teams (engineering, procurement, and logistics) to ensure timely project execution and customer delivery.
• Prepare sales reports, track performance, and support management in sales planning.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to enquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Requirements

• Candidate with study background in Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Robotics/ Electronics/ Electrical Engineering are welcome to apply.
• Candidate possess with class 3 driver license is a bonus.
• Entry level are welcome to apply, proper training will be provided.
