Job Title: Video Producer

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and creative Video Producer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves capturing people, stories, and emotions through video. You will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video content that brings our brand and campaigns to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept Development & Storyboarding
  Plan and develop video concepts based on campaign objectives
  Create clear storyboards and shot lists
  Work closely with the team to align creative direction
• Interview & On-Camera Direction
  Conduct on-camera interviews with founders, customers, and talents
  Guide interviewees for the best performance and storytelling outcome
• Video Production & Shooting
  Handle end-to-end video shoots, including camera operation, lighting, and audio
  Capture dynamic footage with a strong focus on people and human moments
  Ensure all shoots run smoothly and efficiently
• Video Editing & Post-Production
  Edit videos for various formats (short-form, long-form, social media)
  Add graphics, music, transitions, and colour grading to enhance video quality
  Deliver polished, professional final videos
• Project Management
  Manage timelines, production schedules, and deliverables
  Work collaboratively with marketing, creative, and operations teams

Requirements

• Proven experience in video production, shooting, and editing
• Strong technical skills in camera operation, lighting, and audio recording
• Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve)
• Excellent storytelling skills with a strong eye for detail
• Comfortable interviewing people and capturing natural, emotional moments
• Able to plan storyboards and translate concepts into visual narratives
• Self-driven, organised, and able to work under tight timelines
