Responsibilities:

E-Commerce:

• Create and maintain accurate product listings on company website and marketplace brands
• Develop and implement promotional campaigns with marketplace partners
• Optimise inventory levels and maintain pricing accuracy
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries
• Work with internal teams to fulfil online sales orders
• Manage return, refund, and exchange processes

Order Processing:

• Process purchase orders to suppliers
• Verify invoices for pricing and quantity accuracy
• Coordinate international shipping arrangements
• Compile monthly purchase reports

Digital Marketing:

• Design and execution and E-commerce promotional campaign

Salary:

1. Entry / Junior (1-3 years): $2,500 - $3,000
2. Mid-level (3-5 years): $3,000 - $3,500

Requirements:

• Singaporean or Singapore PR only
• Minimum Diploma in any field
• Minimum 2 years of E-Commerce experience preferred (retail industry advantageous)
• Working knowledge of Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, TikTok Shop
• Strong command of English
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Collaborative team player
• Basic knowledge of order processing, invoice verification & inventory management
