We are seeking a highly skilled Storage Project Manager to lead the implementation and management of our storage infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various storage solutions, including PowerEdge, PowerScale, VMAX, and PowerMax. They will be responsible for providing technical expertise, managing projects, and ensuring seamless integration of storage systems.

**Key Responsibilities**
1. Project Planning & Initiation
o Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
o Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
2. Execution & Delivery
o Lead project teams to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
o Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing requirements.
3. Stakeholder Management
o Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
o Manage expectations and resolve conflicts to maintain positive relationships.
4. Risk & Issue Management
o Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
o Address issues promptly to minimize impact on project delivery.
5. Budget & Resource Management
o Track project expenses and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
o Optimize resource utilization across multiple projects.
6. Quality Assurance
o Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
o Conduct reviews and obtain approvals at key project stages.
7. Documentation & Reporting
o Maintain comprehensive project documentation for reference and audit.
o Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.
8. Continuous Improvement
o Analyze project outcomes and recommend process improvements.
o Share lessons learned to enhance future project performance.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.

* Strong technical expertise in PowerEdge, PowerScale, VMAX, and PowerMax storage solutions
* In-depth knowledge of PowerEdge rack servers, PowerScale nodes workflow, and Isilon technology
* Ability to compare and contrast structured and unstructured data, as well as data management and security features
* Experience with VMAX and PowerMax array models, including configuration options and hardware components
• Proven experience in project management (Min. 8 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
