The Store Executive (Balloon & Craft Production) supports the day-to-day preparation, inflating, arranging, and quality-checking all balloon orders. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and crucial in ensuring that every balloon leaving our store meets Misty Daydream's aesthetic and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Balloon Inflation & Handling - Inflate balloons and perform quality checks for leaks, defects, and consistency.
• Balloon Styling & Assembly - Group and create balloon bouquets, simple garlands, and match colour palettes accurately.
• Packing & Delivery Preparation - Pack balloons securely and hand over completed orders to dispatch.
• Quality Control - Ensure each order is defect-free and aligned with the customer's requirements.
• Inventory & Store Upkeep - Monitor balloon and material stock levels and maintain an organised, clean workspace.
• Event Support (When required) - Assist the event team with onsite balloon setup and styling.

Requirements

• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak seasons.
• Willing to learn balloon artistry and proper handling techniques.
• Responsible, positive attitude, and a strong team player.
• Punctuality is essential.
• Training provided; no experience required.
