Job Summary:
Join our team as a School Operations Executive and play a vital role in our students' daily lives. You will be the central hub for our school transport services, ensuring every child arrives at school and returns home safely and on time. What you'll do:

• Oversee Fleet & Driver Excellence: Manage the daily allocation of buses, ensure all vehicles are well-maintained, and supervise drivers to uphold the highest standards of safety and punctuality.
• Champion Student Safety: Implement and monitor safety protocols, handle incident reports, and ensure all drivers are properly trained and certified.
• Be a Communication Hub: Serve as a key contact for parents and school staff, professionally addressing inquiries and providing timely updates on routes, delays, or emergencies.
• Coordinate Seamless Operations: Manage daily arrivals, dismissals, and after-school activity buses, ensuring smooth traffic flow and resolving any on-ground issues promptly.
• Handle Special Requests: Efficiently process and coordinate all ad-hoc bus bookings for school trips and events.

What We're Looking For:

• A highly organized individual with excellent communication skills.
• A proactive problem-solver who can remain calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of or interest in transportation safety standards and fleet management.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems; experience with GPS tracking is a plus.
• Previous experience in logistics, operations, or a school environment is advantageous.
