- Lead the development of memorable customer experiences while ensuring smooth operations.
- Oversee service standards, team coordination, and operational compliance across the organisation.
- Create and deliver engaging experience concepts programme-based engagements.
- Strengthen the venue's positioning by building partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborative programmes.
- Act as the main point of accountability, ensuring high-quality hospitality for general customers and VIP groups.
- Oversee all customer-facing functions, including enquiries, bookings, check-in/arrival processes, and overall service flow.
- Attend industry briefings, sessions, and networking events to stay informed on operational requirements.
- Ensure all activities and processes align with current policies, regulations, and internal standards.
- Facilitate clear communication between customers and internal teams to ensure expectations are met.
- Address feedback or complaints with professionalism and problem-solving focus.
- Maintain an appealing and cohesive environment, including the upkeep of promotional materials, displays, and presentation.
- Lead the Office Administration team, ensuring proper implementation of workflows, standards, and procedures.
- Plan and manage internal company events, ensuring risk controls and safety measures are in place.
- Take on additional tasks or organisational initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in hospitality, customer-facing services, front-of-house operations, or venue/event management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build customer relationships.
- Excellent organisational ability and confidence in preparing reports or documentation.
- Positive, self-driven individual with strong follow-through and commitment to deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and steady under pressure.
- Flexible to work weekends based on operational needs.
