We are currently looking for a Permitting Manager to join us on a permanent role to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry.

Key Attributes/Responsibilities

• Lead all statutory permitting activities required for design, construction, and operation of the new pharma facility in Singapore.
• Manage submissions and approvals with NEA (air emissions, hazardous substances, toxic industrial waste), PUB (water, trade effluent), SCDF (fire safety, HFSC/FSSD), JTC/BCA and other relevant authorities.
• Coordinate Environmental Impact Assessments (if required) and ensure all regulatory conditions are incorporated into engineering and project execution.
• Work closely with Engineering, EHS, and external consultants to prepare technical documentation, drawings, and compliance reports.
• Track permit timelines, maintain a permitting register, and ensure all approvals are secured to keep the overall project schedule on the critical path.
• Serve as the main regulatory interface for authorities, ensuring full compliance with Singapore's environmental, safety, and construction regulatory framework
