✨ Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily café operations to ensure smooth workflow
• Lead, guide and motivate the service & barista team
• Ensure consistent high standards of service and product quality
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and service recovery
• Manage staff scheduling, training and performance
• Oversee inventory, ordering and stock control
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness and safety standards (SFA/NEA compliance)
• Assist Manager in operational planning and reporting

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in café or F&B operations
• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Positive attitude, responsible and able to work independently
• Able to work weekends, public holidays and shift hours
• Passionate about coffee and customer experience
