A Postdoctoral Stem Cell Biologist position is available immediately at the IMCB Cell Fate and Therapeutics Laboratory. The lab is interested in dissecting the regulatory switches regulating reprogramming in somatic cells while developing novel tools and strategies for deriving induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs), expanded pluripotent stem cells (EPSCs) for therapeutic applications.
Applicants with a strong background in early embryonic development and stem cell biology and reprogramming, are invited to apply. Experiences in totipotent, primed, and naive state PSCs will be highly preferred. Successful candidates must be highly motivated, have a passion for research and be able to work in an interdisciplinary environment.

Job Requirements:
- Ph.D. with a strong research background in stem cell biology
- Experience in reprogramming, iPSC expansion and characterization
- Excellent analytical, technical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of biostatistics highly desirable
- Hardworking self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-moving interdisciplinary team
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals
- Committed and able to work flexible hours
- Excellent communication, technical writing and presentation skills
