Full job description

• Assist in patient assessments by taking vitals (e.g., temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration rate).
• Prepare patients for examinations or procedures.
• Provide support to patients with mobility or personal care needs.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient records.
• Handle patient intake, including updating personal and medical information.
• Process insurance claims and billing information.
• Assist with maintaining inventory and ordering medical supplies.
• Sterilize and maintain medical equipment.
• Provide patients with instructions regarding their care or treatments.
• Relay information between patients and healthcare providers.
• Answer patient inquiries and address concerns.
