Job Summary

Lead and manage project execution in the oil and gas sector, driving timely and budget-compliant delivery while ensuring safety, quality, and stakeholder collaboration throughout all project phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the site management team to deliver projects on time and within budget, ensuring alignment with project goals
• Inspire and motivate the site team to achieve high efficiency and effective collaboration in task execution
• Implement and enforce safety measures to comply with required standards and promote a safe working environment
• Drive productivity improvements on site by applying relevant cost-saving methods and operational efficiencies
• Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and review of documented Quality and Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) policies
• Monitor project quality and WHS objectives, promptly addressing any discrepancies to maintain compliance
• Coordinate and organize all phases of the project to ensure seamless progression and effective resource utilization
• Liaise professionally with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and relevant authorities to resolve management issues and maintain project alignment

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree or Diploma in a relevant Engineering discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience managing projects independently
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and proactively execute tasks to meet project delivery requirements
• Proven capability to manage multiple tasks professionally and consistently meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills applied to project challenges
