Responsibilities:

• Assess, design, implement, coordinate, and evaluate continuing education for learners, ensuring alignment with MOH requirements and organisational needs.
• Establish and maintain an optimal learning environment, including planning and evaluating preceptorship schemes.
• Utilize evidence-based methodologies to plan, deliver, and assess nursing education programs that promote best practices, critical thinking, and clinical excellence.
• Organise, implement, and evaluate unit-based and specialty training programmes to support competency development.
• Support the development of effective, efficient, and skilled nursing professionals through structured training initiatives, competency assessments, and mentorship.
• Facilitate and oversee educational programs for learners, ensuring they acquire the necessary knowledge, skills, and professional attitudes to practice safely and effectively.
• Contribute to the development of educational strategies that enhance clinical performance and meet evolving healthcare demands.
• Continuously assess learning needs, measure outcomes of education, and refine programs based on feedback and data analysis.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
• A Specialist Diploma in Clinical Education is preferred but not required.
• Clinical nursing experience or other healthcare professional experience is preferred but not required.
• Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• Strong background in clinical training, education, and competency assessment.
