Teaching Responsibilities | 教学职责
• Plan, supervise and deliver the program in accordance with the policies, guidelines and framework of the organization
• 根据机构的政策,指导方针和框架,规划,监督并执行教学计划

• Prepare lesson plans in accordance with school's curriculum
• 按照学校课程准备教案

• Record children's progress and address their educational and developmental needs individually
• 记录儿童的成长与进步,并根据每个儿童的教育与发展需求提供个别关注

• Attend to parents' feedback and work alongside them to ensure the well-being of the children
• 关注家长反馈,并与家长协作,确保儿童的身心健康得到妥善照顾

• Responsible for the upkeep of teaching resources, classroom arrangement, appearance, decorations, and learning environment
• 负责教学资源的维护,整理,布置,装饰及教室学习环境的管理

Requirements | 任职要求
• Registered with ECDA and attained an L2 certification
• 已向新加坡儿童发展局(ECDA)注册并取得 L2 证书

• Possess ECDA-recognized diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (e.g., DECCE T) or equivalent
• 持有 ECDA 认可的幼儿教育文凭(如 DECCE T)或同等学历

• Prior experience working with children and facilitating enriching activities
• 具备儿童工作经验及组织丰富活动的能力

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• 具备优秀的沟通与团队合作能力

• Proper command of English, both written and spoken
• 英语书写与口语能力良好
