Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations of our F&B outlet. You will be leading the team, ensuring service standards, managing inventory, maintaining food quality, and creating a positive experience for all customers.

The ideal candidate is someone who is proactive, organised, and able to handle both front-of-house and back-of-house operations smoothly.



‍ Key Responsibilities

Outlet Operations

\t• \tOversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.

\t• \tMaintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with SFA and company standards.

\t• \tEnsure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet brand expectations.

Leadership & Staff Management

\t• \tManage staff scheduling, training, grooming, and performance.

\t• \tMotivate and mentor team members to deliver excellent customer service.

\t• \tHandle conflict resolution and maintain positive team morale.

Sales & Customer Service

\t• \tEnsure high customer satisfaction and handle customer feedback professionally.

\t• \tDrive sales initiatives, upselling, and promotions.

\t• \tMonitor outlet performance and report on daily/weekly sales.

Inventory & Cost Control

\t• \tManage stock ordering, receiving, and storage.

\t• \tConduct stock checks, minimise wastage, and ensure cost efficiency.

\t• \tWork with suppliers and ensure timely replenishment.

Administrative Duties

\t• \tPrepare sales reports and operational summaries.

\t• \tEnsure proper cash handling, POS accuracy, and daily reconciliation.

\t• \tSupport management in implementing new SOPs and initiatives.



Job Requirements

Experience & Skills

\t• \tMinimum 2-3 years of experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality.

\t• \tAt least 1 year in a supervisory or team-lead role.

\t• \tStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

\t• \tAble to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Personal Qualities

\t• \tResponsible, proactive, and positive working attitude.

\t• \tGood team player with strong customer service mindset.

\t• \tStrong sense of ownership and attention to detail.

Others

\t• \tWilling to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.

\t• \tBasic computer literacy (POS, simple reporting).

\t• \tFood Hygiene Certificate is an advantage (or must be willing to obtain).
