Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers by providing product recommendations tailored to their preferences.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while fostering strong and lasting client relationships.
• Support and coach junior sales executives on sales strategies and product expertise.
• Manage merchandise displays, maintain organized stock layouts, and perform routine inventory checks.
• Ensure accurate entry of daily sales transactions, cash handling records, and inventory updates in the system.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in retail sales will be a plus
• Possess friendly, approachable and engaging personality
• Able to work on retail hours, weekend and public holiday
