Working Hours

• Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Experience

• The Personnel shall minimally possess BA (Psychology) or BA (Education) or BA (Special Education) or equivalent
• (b)
• The Personnel should preferably have 3 years or more of work experience in conducting literature reviews and research in psychology, education or special education

Key Responsibilities

General Scope of Work:

The 3 personnel will collectively support the following activities, with roles assigned flexibly based on project requirements:

• Supporting the implementation process of research study on the effectiveness of the SPED Teaching and Learning Syllabuses
• Recording, analysing and evaluating data relating to the research study and stakeholder engagement sessions
• Providing support for syllabus implementation in SPED schools
• Conducting literature reviews to support syllabus implementation in SPED schools

Role Assignment and Flexibility:

The personnel(s) who are capable of performing the full scope of work outlined above given that responsibilities may be re-assigned time to time as project requirements evolve during the project duration.
